Campbell Hall, NY (June 10, 2015) – BBG&G Advertising, Inc. has been honored with a Silver award in the 32nd annual Healthcare Advertising Awards and a Bronze award in the 2015 Aster Awards recognizing advertising excellence for the work they produced for their client The Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center.
This year’s Healthcare Advertising Awards received over 3,700 entries, making the awards the largest healthcare advertising awards competition and one of the ten largest of all advertising awards! A national panel of judges were engaged in reviewing all 3,700 entries based on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact. Silver awards were given to 305 entries.
The 2015 Aster Awards received nearly 3,000 entries from across the United States as well as several foreign countries. All entries are judged by industry experts and are scored on multiple criteria with a possibility of 100 total points. Participant’s entries competed against similar-sized organizations in their specific groups and categories.
Awards were issued for entries that received top marks from judges placing them in the top 16% of the nation for advertising excellence. Judging criteria included creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality, and overall appeal.
“The creativity of this year’s participating healthcare marketing professionals exceeded our expectations. The 2015 Aster Awards program contained some of the best and most creative advertising in the world,” said Melinda Lucas, Aster Awards Program Coordinator.
BBG&G worked closely with the Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center to develop cohesive marketing material and an integrated campaign that ensures consistent branding for the Health Center. The award-winning 2014 campaign includes digital ads, print ads, outdoor ads, and direct mail.
