New Job Posting – Account Executive
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
BBG&G Advertising is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive who is capable of handling the day-to-day management of an assigned list of clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of advertising / marketing experience This candidate must be extremely organized, maintain strong working relationships with our team, our clients, and the media, and pay great attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be the main contact person for your assigned clients
· Build strong relationships with your clients
· Handle the day-to-day management of your clients’ work
· Schedule and attend client meetings and make presentations as needed
· Set and execute marketing strategies
· Oversee projects on a daily basis by scheduling tasks in our project management system and reviewing tasks to ensure projects are progressing on time and on budget
· Coordinate with design team, copywriters, bookkeeper and outside vendors to ensure projects stays on schedule and are done according to guidelines
· Manage Account Coordinators and junior–level employees to assist with client work
· Conduct media planning and handle media buys, ensuring best rates and placement
· Coordinate with outside vendors for quotes and oversee progress for all printed materials, digital ads, TV commercials, radio spots, video productions, etc
· Schedule ads, request extensions as needed, and submit materials by deadlines
· Proofreading and editing of all client marketing materials
· Conduct research and assist with development of proposals as needed for new business opportunities
· Attend networking events, conferences, etc. as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Experience working with a variety of clients / accounts
- Mac OS
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Ability to manage workflow and successfully meet deadlines
