Heartwarming Tales of Brand Success: Stories of Unforgettable Partnerships and Loyalty
Think about the last time you practiced loyalty to a brand. Do you remember why? Perhaps their products were exactly what you were looking for and worked exactly how you needed them to. Or, it was because they shared the same morals and truly showed that they cared about their consumers. We know we are guilty of supporting businesses that have shown authentic and meaningful connections with their audience. Here are a few examples of testimonials and campaigns that have tugged at our heartstrings:
Chewy- Through Better or Worse
The pet subscription company, Chewy, is well known for its amazing customer service and willingness to help pet owners. However, what some users did not expect was to receive cards and flowers after their furry friends passed. Users of Chewy have shared their experiences on social media sharing that after having to cancel subscriptions or letting a customer representative know about their pets, they received cards and flowers in the mail. Some have even stated that the company returned money from recent orders and let them know they can donate any left over food to shelters. One Reddit user stated:
“I unfortunately have been the recipient of a couple of these cards over the years. I will say the first one absolutely blew my mind. I somewhat expected the cards from my longtime vet and even the daycare and groomer but for the huge online supply website to send one was mind blowing.”
Stanley - New Stanley, New Car
Late last year, a woman posted on TikTok the aftermath of her car catching fire. In the video, she shows the only surviving item, her orange Stanley! The company’s president, Terence Reilly responded to her video stating that they were happy she was safe. He continued to tell her that not only would they send her new products but they would also like to replace her car. Reilly stated,
“We’ve never done this before, and we’ll probably never do it again, but we’d love to replace your vehicle. Yeah, all of us at Stanley, we’d really love to replace your vehicle.”
