Celebrating Growth, Innovation, and Success: A Look Back at BBG&G’s 2024

2024 was a formative and exciting year for us at BBG&G. We have a lot to celebrate – new projects, new clients, new technology, and new team members we have brought on board.
We’ve built new capabilities, won more awards for our work, and most importantly, helped our clients achieve business goals and growth.
Client Success is Our Mission
After conducting focus groups and interviews with diverse audience groups for OASAS (NYS Office of Addiction Support & Services), we completed print, video, digital, and outdoor campaigns for youth and parents across the state. We integrated audience insights and feedback to create fact-based, relevant campaigns that resonated with kids and parents. Leveraging AI technology allowed our Creative Director to create striking, realistic images without the expense of a photo shoot.
Royal Carting, another new client, offered us the opportunity to add some whimsy to an otherwise mundane topic by creatively using imagery across social media and digital assets.
Tenement Museum. After a brand refresh, an integrated program of diverse marketing tactics, digital advertising, SEO, and SEM resulted in increased web traffic, social engagement, and awareness of the museum’s re-opening, renovations, and new exhibits. We optimized paid social by tailoring each ad to resonate with its specific audience, ensuring maximum engagement and campaign success. We are excited about the results we are achieving for the museum, Hudson Valley Tourism, St. Lawrence County, and other destinations!

What can I say – except I love our team! This year, we welcomed Lenore Gillespie, Marketing Coordinator. With a deep passion for social media, influencer marketing, and personal branding, she loves connecting with clients, understanding their individual needs, and helping them achieve their goals. They love her enthusiasm, bubbly personality, and marketing savvy!
Looking ahead to 2025
At the beginning of 2024, we agreed our word for the year would be Slay! And we lived it! From integrating new CRM and Automated Marketing platform technology for ourselves and our clients and speaking engagements on AI to winning awards for multicultural marketing, it was a powerful year!
In 2025, we look forward to expanding our partnerships and thrilling our clients with great work and superlative service that drive tangible business results.
