User Experience (UX)
Helen Hayes Hospital had an outdated website with cumbersome navigation that made it difficult for users to find what they were looking for. The goal of Helen Hayes Hospital was to build a website that informs, educates, attracts, and engages prospective inpatient and outpatient clients.
BBG&G designed a sitemap that was user-friendly with quick links to each sub-service and grouped them by category. Information architecture was streamlined to ensure that users would not have to click through several pages to get the information they need. In addition to improving the site architecture, BBG&G built a responsive mobile-friendly website that followed ADA Compliance according to WCAG 2.0 guidelines and secure HIPAA compliant hosting. The launch was successful, and we continue to maintain the Helen Hayes website including SEO best practices.
