BBG&G began working with AVR Realty in 2018. The company needed an agency to promote new condominiums being built in their riverfront community, Overlook Pointe, by securing brand recognition that would result in sales, and set the stage for additional residential offerings in 2019 and 2020.

AVR Realty - Overlook Pointe Folder

Goals

AVR needed access to their desired target markets – both first-time home buyers and downsizers in higher income brackets – in the local and Metro NYC area. Additionally, the Overlook Pointe homes needed to be distinguished as a luxury living option amongst competition within the area.

AVR Realty - Overlook Pointe Digital Ads and Creative

We began our work for AVR by using creative services to give the brand an updated, cohesive look. Our design team created logos and color schemes to be used in all of Overlook Pointe’s materials. We created promotional materials to be used by the sales staff; including presentation folders, sell sheets, and office displays.

On the advertising side, we launched a digital campaign by placing programmatic ads, retargeted display ads, Google Search ads, and Zillow ads.

Additionally, we produced a brand new website for Overlook Pointe that featured the unique features and amenities available to homeowners. This new site made it simple for potential customers to get a full view of what Overlook Pointe has to offer, offering site plans, photos, and a stunning video.

I wanted to find a local agency that was based in the Hudson Valley, and understood the character and nature of all that the Hudson Valley has to offer.
