Ricoh Asia Pacific was planning to leverage their US brand campaign and curate content for markets across developed, South Pacific, Chinese speaking, and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries. – 11 in total. Ricoh APAC needed an internal/employer brand strategy that detailed best practices for embedding the US brand within the APAC organization and identified the appropriate steps to launch the brand.
Our approach was to conduct qualitative research across the region and provide a summary of findings from the research before developing a comprehensive brand platform strategy, leadership playbook and employee tactical roadmap.
Materials had to be easily understandable by all, able to be used consistently across multiple countries without adjustment and support the demands of employees’ daily work life.
